At Biggie Lasers we sell hand held green laser modules >5mW. Any laser pointer that is labeled 5mW is considered to be a Class III A laser, according to the CFR ( Code of Federal Regulations), which is intended for sale to the general population for any personal use. A laser that is labeled as >5mW is categorized as a Class III B laser, which is only manufactured and sold for strictly industrial or professional use. High powered lasers are not sold to minors under 18 years of age and are strictly for professional or medical use only. These handheld laser modules are not toys and if used improperly may cause eye or personal damage. Several safety measures must be acknowledged before using these laser modules, such as:

• Never look straight into the beam.
• Never point a laser to a shiny or reflective surface.
• It is a felony and a crime to aim the laser to a moving airplane or automobile; this action may cause a full prosecution by the law.
• Never remove the infrared filter of the laser module.
• Keep the laser module out and away from the reach of children.
• Never use the device with the intention of recreational usage.
• Never point the laser to living creatures.
• Never use the laser while moving in a car or on an unstable surface.
• Stay away from the purchase of illegal, non-tested lasers. Thus may cause permanent personal damage.

Failure to comply with these basic safety measures may result in a full criminal prosecution by the law. The client is a 100% responsible for the safety and proper usage of these products, as stated in the contract of purchase and disclaimer. In order to fall under CDRH/FDA guidelines, it is up to the buyer's to apply this final component to your manufactured and working device. The distributor assumes zero responsibility for the misuse and irresponsible usage of these lasers. After the handheld laser module is purchased and shipped to the client, MBP BiggieLasers assumes zero responsibility to individuals that have been harmed due to negligence of improper usage of the instructions and laser module manual. The company and its manufactured products are based outside of the United States. If you or the buyer does not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not proceed any further into our website.
