Shipping/ Policy
It takes approximately a day or two to process the order and then depending to where the delivery is being shipped to, usually being between a 3 and 5 days for our lasers that are in stock. So the most amount of time that it could take you to receive your order should not exceed between 7 -10 business days. For orders that are not in stock delivery will take approximately between 2 -3 weeks due to custom security inspections in the country to where it is being shipped to. You may also contact us at sales@biglasers.com regarding the status of your order. MBP Biggie Lasers uses DHL as the primary shipper (FedEx or UPS as secondary shippers) for all deliveries. Shipping rates are based on DHL regions. U.S. shipping is $19.99, Western Europe is about $30, Eastern Europe is about $70. Shipping to Australia is about $41, etc.
Our warranty period is 90 days from the date the buyer receives the product. If you are not 100%satisfied for any reason or if there if there is a problem to the laser module, it is the customer's responsibility to return the product within 90 days. A replacement module will be shipped by the same carrier. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you must notify us at sales@biglasers.com within 7 days of receiving your laser. After the item is received at our distribution center, we will refund your purchase price and your original shipping costs. We do not a have restocking fee.
